FCSN sends a big thank you to GRAIL, which has been a huge supporter of FCSN and raised $2,500 for our organization at FDIC. GRAIL shared information about the early detection of cancer and highlighted the Galleri multi-cancer early detection test at the conference.
A proud supporter of the firefighter and emergency responder community and FCSN on the importance of early detection, GRAIL promoted this cause at the event by featuring the Galleri of Hope fundraiser. Visitors at the booth scanned a QR code, pinning a virtual “ribbon” on a digital wall and helped to raise $2,500 for FCSN.
The Galleri multi-cancer early detection test from GRAIL can detect a cancer signal shared by more than 50 types of cancer through a routine blood draw. When a cancer signal is detected, the test predicts the cancer signal origin to help guide the next steps to diagnosis.
